Artist's Description

This is a scene from the view deck of Osanbashi, a pier in the port city of Yokohama, Japan. There was an event going on, with tents and music and lots of people. I set up my tripod and waited for the party to end, then set a 15-second exposure for this shot. The weird, translucent, tube-like thing you see going down the middle of the path is a man pushing a trolley. I added light leaks for a psychedelic effect.
