I wanted to introduce my neighborhood and thought taking "bokeh" or out-of-focus points of lights at night would be a novel way to do so. This image is part of a series of photos depicting an apartment complex, a tower, a small park, and an office building. It's fun to get a different view of the place at night, through the eyes of a camera on manual focus with a 300mm lens and tripod!
