The brick wall of the Memorial Hall of Reconstruction at Yokoamicho Park in Ryogoku, Tokyo. The kanji or Chinese character lettering says "fukkou" meaning reconstruction or rehabilitation. It is used to indicate recovery after a huge disaster.
